Shipping & Returns Policy

Welcome to BlueVitality.com. We’re committed to delivering your wellness essentials with transparency, care, and integrity. Below you'll find our policies regarding shipping, returns, and exchanges.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Delivery times vary by location and carrier. Standard shipping typically arrives within 5–7 business days.
  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Manufacturing

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.

Returns & Exchanges

To maintain product quality and customer safety, we accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unopened, unused, have all original tags, and be in their original packaging.
  • All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior approval may be declined.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported immediately upon receipt to qualify for return or exchange. Also see Return and refund policy.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items
  • Hazardous materials
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

EU Returns – Cooling-Off Period

Customers located in the EU are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.
To qualify:

  • Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
  • Proof of purchase is required.


Refunds & Exchanges

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email if your refund is approved.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, typically within 10 business days.
  • If a refund is not received within 15 business days of approval, please contact hi@bluevitality.com.

Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items.
For other cases, please submit a return and place a new order.
